Good remodeling is mostly good decisions.
Most of what makes a renovation feel right happens before the first tile is set: choosing a layout that fits, picking materials that suit the house and the climate, and planning the work so it moves in the right order.
We take the time to get those decisions right with you. Then we build carefully — with attention to the details you’ll notice every day, and the ones behind the walls you never will.
Whether it’s a simple bathroom update or a custom renovation, you get the same personal attention and straightforward communication from start to finish.

Why Renown
Craftsmanship You Can See. Quality You Can Feel.
We're a local team, and we'd rather do fewer projects well than rush through many. Here's what that looks like in practice.
- 01
Personalized attention
Your project isn't a line on a schedule. We take the time to understand how your household lives and design around it.
- 02
Thoughtful planning
Layout, materials, lead times and the order of work are settled before demolition, so fewer surprises reach you mid-project.
- 03
Quality workmanship
Over 10 years of remodeling Central Florida homes. Square lines, consistent grout joints, clean caulk and properly waterproofed wet areas — the details you notice every day.
- 04
Clear communication
You'll know what's happening this week, what's next, and who to call. Questions get straight answers.
- 05
Beautiful, functional finishes
We help you choose materials that look right in your home and hold up to Florida humidity and everyday use.
Our process
Three clear steps, from first call to finished room.
- 01
Consultation
Tell us about your space and goals. We listen first — how you use the room, what frustrates you about it today, and what you'd love it to feel like.
- 02
Planning & Estimate
Review the scope, design direction, and project estimate. You'll see what's included, the materials we recommend, and the decisions still open — before any work begins.
- 03
Transformation
Watch your vision become reality. We keep you updated as the work moves from preparation to finishes, and walk the finished space with you at the end.
